C&M Asset Management has a broad network of governments, listed companies and financial institutions for whom we structure capital markets transactions and advise on all aspects of corporate finance.
DEBT CAPITAL MARKETS
C&M has a broad network of governments, listed companies and financial institutions for whom we structure bond issuances in global capital markets. While we tend to focus on emerging markets, our coverage is global and does extend to established markets as well.
These are predominantly rated, senior secured or senior unsecured borrowings that allow qualified borrowers to enter (or re-enter) global capital markets, issue listed debt, and significantly broaden their investor base. We also structure project bonds where feasible.
C&M originates transactions for and on behalf of a panel of major global banks, who then structure, underwrite and execute bond transactions for borrowers. We also work in the Islamic / Sukuk bond markets in a bespoke manner.
C&M also works with US and EU fixed income investors, such as pension funds, asset managers, other institutional investors and company treasuries, to secure guaranteed allocation on our bond transactions, given the high yield and secure nature of the issuance.
In this manner, C&M acts as an institutional origination house for qualifying companies, banks and sovereigns globally, in order to meet their public debt financing needs and goals.
PROJECT FINANCE
C&M structures and executes project financing across emerging markets, with key sectors including but not limited to roads, power and utilities, renewables, water, smart cities blockchain and healthcare.
Paramount to our success is the ability to not only source from a broad range of traditional financiers, but also constantly brainstorming with our network about innovative structures making non-standard projects bankable.
Our team brings extensive knowledge in matters of financial modelling, financial structuring, raising finance and bid structuring, resulting in a seamless offering of financial advice and execution.
Moreover, C&M is a partner of a number of government trade organisations and embassies in the US and EU, with whom we collaborate in order to solve some core global infrastructure gaps.
